The Oceanfavor Terminal Operation Services segment is operated by Oceanfavor Port Management (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Oceanfavor Terminal) and Oceanfavor Port Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Oceanfavor Port). The scope of business has gradually expanded to the Bohai Rim, the Yangtze River Delta, the Southeast coast, the Pearl River Delta and the Southwest coast. Oceanfavor Port also provides port management, production load discharge operations, equipment and facility maintenance, and digitalization services for major domestic ports, including Dalian Port, Yingkou Port, Jinzhou Port, Suzhou Port, Ningbo Port, Fuzhou Port, Beibu Gulf Port and Yangjiang Port. Its business has reached foreign ports in East, Central and West Africa.
